Try This When You’re in a Negative Self-Talk Spiral

Often when we get stuck in a spiral of negative self-talk, we begin to conflate our thoughts with believability. If we accept all of our thoughts and feelings as facts, they can start to boss us around—causing us to move away, instead of toward, the things that would be most helpful.
